The 11th District of California needed change. One Irish Catholic Democrat from Pleasanton had the balls to run against the corrupt Republican Congressman Richard Pombo in 2004 and 2006. His name was Jerry McNerney. After winning last November’s election, McNerney has exhibited a strong determination to tackle the issues that mean the most to his constituents. He isn’t going to pander to Central Valley conservative rednecks, nor will he kiss the butt of every liberal blogger that bitches about how he “isn’t progressive enough.” McNerney is his own man. Deal with it!

This is a completely open forum and I want to hear ALL points of view. I will post opposing thoughts and all comments. Although I don’t agree with Bigbabyloo’s stance on McNerney, I would welcome any comments from him.
